1- Terminology
All of the products offered by JILU are designated by the products.
Each natural or legal person, of legal age, who meets these general conditions will be referred to as the Customer.
Each acquisition of a product made by a customer from JILU under the conditions provided for in these conditions terms of sale will be referred to as the order or this contract.
2- Ordering methods and prices
Customers order on the website www.jilu.fr.
By accepting these General Conditions of Sale and Use, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence. The order will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding full payment. JILU will systematically confirm by email the final validation of each customer's order as well as its shipment, provided that the email address has been correctly sent to it by the Customer.
The price of each product is indicated All Taxes Included (TTC )
The cost of processing the shipment of the customer's order will be indicated to him before the final validation of the latter.
3 - Availability
In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of the product, the Customer then has the
option:
- Either to be delivered a quality product and of equivalent price, within the limits of available stocks.
- Either to cancel his order and to be reimbursed for the price of the product ordered within fourteen days of his request if it has already been paid. The processing and shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed if all the products concerned by the customer's order are temporarily unavailable and/or sold out.
- Or simply cancel their order which was pendingpayment without however being able to ask for compensation or compensation.
In the event of partial and temporary unavailability of products after placing an order, the Customer will receive the other available products of his order within the standard delivery times. . A notification on his invoice will stipulate the deferred delivery of the product temporarily unavailable. 4 - Payment
Any order placed with JILU will be shipped upon receipt of full payment made by the Customer.
The Customer can pay for his order online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express), by PayPal, by bank transfer or by check.
Payment by credit card: JILU has no access to confidential information relating to the means of payment communicated on the secure payment platform. This information is strictly protected and guarantees the compliance and security of each transaction.
Credit card information is encrypted through the use of SSL security protocol and stored with AES-256 type encryption.
Payment by PayPal account: PayPal encrypts all the information that the Customer communicated to it when creating an account. Thus, no information other than the Customer's e-mail address is communicated to JILU.
Payment by transfer: By choosing this method of payment, the Customer agrees to make the transfer corresponding to the total amount of his order within 15 days, to the JILU bank account whose bank details are below:

The Client must specify in reference to this transfer his order number appearing in the confirmation email received. Any bank charges related to the transfer are the full responsibility of the Customer.
JILU will only ship the package upon receipt by transfer of the full amount.
This payment method does not reserve the products ordered on the Website during the period awaiting payment.
After the 15-day period and if the transfer has not been made by the Customer, his order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by check: By choosing this method of payment, the Customer agrees to send the check corresponding to the total amount of his order within 15 days, to the address of the company JILU, indicating on a post-it or another attached document is the order number:

JILU will only ship the package once the check has been cashed and not rejected by the bank. This method of payment does not reserve the products ordered on the Website during the waiting period for payment. Beyond the 15-day period and if the check has not been received by JILU, the order will be automatically cancelled.
5- Delivery
We deliver in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy and Switzerland. In mainland France, free Relais® Points delivery from €79 of purchases. For a basket less than 79€, the shipping costs are 4.90€. Free home delivery from 150€ of purchases. For a basket less than 150€, the shipping costs are 7.90€. Flat rate and €13.90 for express delivery by Chronopost. In Belgium and Luxembourg, Spain, and Germany, delivery to Points Relais® €5.90. The shipping costs for home delivery are fixed and €11.90. In Italy the cost of home delivery is €12.90. In Switzerland, home delivery costs are €19.90.
Delivery times in France: For a complete and validated order, the average processing time is 48 hours After validation of the order, products available immediately are generally delivered:
- Within 3 working days, in Colissimo delivery
- Within 5 working days in Point Relais delivery.
Products in stock, availability 15 to 20 working days, are available on order and processed by our partner Calberson Europe.
The order can be tracked using the tracking number sent by email when the order is dispatched, for Colissimo and Point Relais carriers. Calberson Europe carrier tracking is not traceable. To know the progress of the order, a request by e-mail must be made to JILU Customer Service.
In the case of an order containing several products, it may happen that the entirety of the order is delivered in several packages (immediately available products are often sent as quickly as possible). email must be made to JILU Customer Service who will investigate the carriers.
If the delay persists, and after a first formal notice, the Customer has the option of canceling his order and requesting a refund. by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In this case, the refund period is fourteen days following the date of the refund request.
Checks upon receipt of the order: if the Customer finds that the package has been damaged during transport, he must, as far as possible, report this to the carrier. In any case, the Customer must make a complaint to JILU's Customer Service, by email to hello@jilu.fr, proof to be provided by photos. In the event that it is confirmed that the delivered product is damaged, JILU Customer Service will give the customer the option of receiving a new product or being reimbursed. The costs of returning the damaged product, as well as the possible delivery of a replacement product, will be borne by JILU.
Sending by Mondial Relay: The customer has a maximum of 10 days to collect the package. After this time, the package returns to Jilu. Customer Service will then contact the Customer for a possible reshipment. Reimbursement of the amount of the order (excluding processing costs) will be made only at the request of the customer and within a maximum period of 4 months.
6 - Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier, and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the product.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify by email to hello@jilu.fr, its decision to withdraw from this contract, by means of an unambiguous declaration. The Customer can also complete and send by email to hello@jilu.fr the model withdrawal form available on the website www.jilu.fr under the heading "return & refund". JILU will send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal without delay. .
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the Customer has communicated to JILU its decision to withdraw from this contract This period is deemed to have been respected if the Customer returns the product before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. The returned product must be protected, in its original packaging, undamaged or soiled, and in perfect condition for resale, accompanied by any documents and instructions for use.
For better traceability, the mode of transport with tracking number is advised. The Customer must bear the direct costs of returning the product.
In the event of depreciation of the product, the Customer's liability may be engaged if this depreciation results from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and proper functioning of the product.
In the event of withdrawal by the Customer from this contract, JILU will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by JILU), without undue delay and in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which JILU is informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
The refund may however be deferred until the product is recovered, or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the product, the date retained being that of the first of these facts.
JILU will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as that which the Customer will have used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer and JILU expressly agree on a different means; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for the Customer.
7- Legal guarantee
According to the terms indicated by article L 211-2 of the consumer code and by the decree of December 18, 2014:
- JILU guarantees the conformity of the products with the contract.
- JILU is liable for defects in the conformity of the products with the contract (legal guarantee of conformity) and hidden defects in the products sold (guarantee against hidden defects) under the conditions provided for by law.
Any request for coverage under this warranty must be sent in writing to JILU accompanied by the purchase invoice, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of its head office: SASU JILU 54 rue Gambetta 33200 BORDEAUX.
When exercising the legal guarantee of conformity, no costs can be charged to the Customer.

According to Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code "The seller is required to deliver a good in conformity with the contract and responds to any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. When the Customer acts as a legal guarantee of conformity, he has a period of two years from the delivery of the product to act.

It is exempted from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the product during the six months following the delivery of the product This period is extended to twenty-four months from March 18, 2016, except for the goods of 'opportunity.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.
- Legal guarantee against hidden defects
According to article 1641 of the Civil Code: "The seller is required to the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only one less price, if he had known them".
The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the product sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the civil code.
The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the Customer within two years from the discovery of the defect.
8 - Litigation and mediation
For any complaint, the customer must contact JILU's Customer Service, in accordance with these general conditions of sale. a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR, to this professional.
